Baked Lima Beans And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. cooked lima beans
salt and pepper to taste
3 strips bacon, cooked crisp
Preparation

Heat margarine in small frying pan.
Brown the onion and bell pepper.
Add tomatoes.
Cook slowly for a few minutes.
Add cooked beans and season to taste.
Place in casserole.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until slightly browned.
Garnish with crisp bacon.
Yields 4 servings.
