Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. Butter Buds
2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
fat-free Cheddar, shredded
Preparation

Bake potatoes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Scoop out the inside and put into a bowl.
Mix skim milk, Butter Buds and sour cream with potatoes.
Put back into potato shells and sprinkle with fat-free Cheddar.
