Bacon Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thick sliced bacon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    saltine cracker crumbs (fine)
Preparation
    Cut bacon slices in fourths.
    Separate slices.
    Combine eggs, vinegar, dry mustard and cayenne pepper.
    Keep egg mixture beaten and fluffy.
    Dip bacon slices in egg mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Place bacon bits on broiler pan so fat can drain.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be frozen and reheated.
