Buffalo Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. hot sausage
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 loaves rye bread (at least)
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage.
    Drain off liquid.
    Add spices and cheese and mix until blended.
    Spread on rye bread.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    When hard, may be packed in freezer bags.
