Minnesota Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. pimento
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. salad oil
1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
Preparation

Make syrup by boiling the sugar and vinegar.
Cool and add celery seed.
