Chicken Mushrooms Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. drained mushrooms
1 envelope dry onion mix

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, until tender.
Serve mushroom mixture as gravy.
