Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. fast rising dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 c. flour
    1 large egg
    softened butter
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat
    buttermilk
    to
    lukewarm.
    Stir
    in
    cooking oil, sugar, soda and
    salt.
    Dissolve
    yeast in warm water.
    Add to buttermilk mixture, with unbeaten egg, stirring to blend.
    Mix in flour all at\tonce.
    Turn
    out
    on floured board and knead lightly
    for several minutes to form a smooth ball.
    Cover and let stand 5 or 10 minutes to tighten dough.
