Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. bread crumbs
3 c. scalded milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, milk, margarine, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins.
Put in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 with pan of water beneath for 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Serve warm with lemon or chocolate sauce.
