Hamburger Paprikash With Noodles And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 c. frozen chopped onion
1 c. frozen chopped bell pepper
3 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3 1/2 c. beef broth
8 oz. (4 c.) medium size egg noodles
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli cuts
3/4 c. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Brown beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up any large chunks.
Stir in garlic and frozen onion and pepper. Cook until thawed.
Stir in paprika and thyme.
Add broth, noodles and broccoli and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring twice, until noodles are tender.
