Pork Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 lb. pork shoulder, cubed
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained (liquid reserved)
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Saute bacon
    until
    crisp.
    Drain
    all but 1 tablespoon fat. Stir in onions and pork.
    Saute for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add
    salt,
    pepper,
    chili
    powder, bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato
    sauce and reserved bean liquid. Also add bay leaf, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and tomato juice.
    Simmer, uncovered, 1 1/2
    to
    2 hours until tender.
    Stir in beans and simmer 10 minutes longer.
    Skim fat.
