Cheesy New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium new potatoes (unpeeled), cut in cubes
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fully cooked real bacon pieces
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp process American cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Cover potatoes with salted water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and cool slightly.
Stir in butter and pepper; toss lightly.
