Rose'S Chocolate Cake(Large 3 Layer Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    2 c. boiling water
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. softened margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and boiling water.
    Let cool.
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Alternate chocolate mixture and dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Pour into 3 (8-inch) round pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and remove from pan.
    Use favorite frosting.
    Makes nice large cake.
