Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hens
    20 lb. pork
    20 lb. beef
    15 lb. onions, cook whole (they will melt)
    4 gal. butter beans (small ones)
    4 gal. corn
    4 gal. crushed tomatoes
    30 lb. potatoes, cook whole (they will melt)
    4 to 5 lb. butter
    2 qt. tomato ketchup
    salt and sugar to taste
Preparation
    When you stop cooking, add tomato ketchup and salt and sugar to taste. This will make 30 gallons.
