Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together.
Mix with spoon.
Batter will be thick.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool and frost with 4x sugar (optional).
