Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add half the flour blend.
Add all the chopped apples; blend.
Add remaining flour and beat 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chopped nuts.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
