Hot Mushroom Dip(Hors D'Oeuvre) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 small onion
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms and onion.
    Saute in 4 tablespoons butter until lightly browned.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream and flour.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese and parsley on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
