Dorothea'S Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bell peppers, chopped
3 hot peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
8 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. red vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. tomato paste
Preparation

Cook everything together except the tomato paste.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Then add tomato paste (if you do not have paste, use tomato sauce or tomato puree).
Bring to boil.
You can put this salsa in jars and seal them.
