Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 lb. baking potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
    33 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
    18 green onions, thinly sliced
    4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4 c. (32 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toss potatoes, eggs, bacon and onions.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix until smooth.
    Toss with potato mixture.
    Chill for several hours.
    Makes 60 to 70 servings.
