Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can taco sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1/2 soup can water
    tortillas
    1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown first 3 ingredients in a skillet.
    Add next 2 ingredients.
    In a saucepan, mix next 4 ingredients.
