Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or oleo
    1 c. Ricotta
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix butter with Ricotta until creamy.
    Add sugar gradually until well blended.
    Add eggs to mixture.
    Beat until creamy. Slowly add all dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoons onto well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
    Makes a lot of cookies.
