Chuck Roast With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size chuck roast
    1 to 2 cans mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dried onion soup
Preparation
    Sear roast beef in fat until brown.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and dried onion soup to top of roast.
    Cook until tender at 325\u00b0.
