Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt
    vanilla
    milk
    4 egg yolks
    pie crust
    butter
Preparation
    In a bowl mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, dash of salt, 1/2 tsp vanila, 1/3 cup milk, 4 egg yolks, (save whites for later). Stir well!
    Add 1 1/6 cup milk & stir in.
    Carmelize 1 1/2 cup sugar in an iron skillet stirring constantly on low heat - when sugar melts, stir in butter ( about the size of an egg).
    After butter is stirrred in add bowl mixture a tiny bit at a time while continuing to stir.
    Stir rapidly until thickened and pour into crust.
    Add meringue.
