Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs (6 if extra large)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. small curd cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In order, put all ingredients into a 2-quart oblong casserole and beat with a fork.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10. Delicious, easy and perfect for company brunch served with ham and a fruit salad.
    Freezes well.
