Mother'S Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    biggest can of sweet potatoes (liquid and all)
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs (whole), beat with a spoon
    about 3/4 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. Pet milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    Baker's Angel Flake coconut (dry) in pkg. (not frozen)
Preparation
    Mash potatoes and margarine.
    Add other ingredients, coconut last.
    Stir good.
    Pour in buttered, deep 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake in a 375\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour or more (ovens vary). It is done when it isn't soggy anymore and begins to turn dark and slightly crusty on top.
