Crisp Chicken Oven Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg white
    1/2 non-fat milk
    4 skinless chicken breast halves
    2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs, seasoned to taste
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir together flour, egg white, milk to make batter, dip chicken breast halves into batter then coat with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake in pre-heated 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour in an uncovered baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Makes 4 servings.
