Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, diced
    1/4 c. onions, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. raw carrots, shredded
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes and drain.
    Add soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Combine stuffing mix and butter or margarine. Put 1/2 stuffing mix on bottom of greased casserole, then squash mixture, then top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven until squash is tender.
