Sour Cream Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream brown sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and beat again.
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sour cream.
    Mix in rhubarb.
    Put in greased 13 x 9 glass cake pan or Teflon coated.
    Sprinkle on crumb topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
