Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 to 10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in chicken, 1/2 cup picante sauce and cumin; heat.
    Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup cheese.
    Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll.
    Place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spoon remaining picante sauce over enchiladas; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with onions and sour cream.
