Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. tamari or soy sauce
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. cream sherry
    2 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
    2 Tbsp. honey
    4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets, 1-inch thick
    cooking spray
    lemon wedges
    green onion (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in Ziploc bag with fish.
    Seal; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
    Prepare grill or broiler pan with cooking spray.
    Cook 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, basting with reserved marinade.
    Place remaining marinade in a saucepan.
    Bring to boil. Serve with fish.
    Garnish with green onions and lemon slices.
