Kahlua Truffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (large 5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. half and half
6 c. angel food cake, cut in cubes
2/3 to 3/4 c. Kahlua
1 pt. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag Bits o' Brickle

Preparation

Mix pudding with half and half; set aside.
Sprinkle cake cubes evenly with Kahlua.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Mix pudding and cake cubes together.
