Crockpot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 to 4 sticks celery, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cans kidney or pinto beans, drained
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. chili powder
    Hot pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt.
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck, drain fat.
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker/Crock Pot and cook 4 to 6 hours on low, or until done.
