Cheesy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can French fried onions (Durkee)
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a mixing bowl.
    Add shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces), sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix until fluffy.
    Place in a well-buttered 1 1/2-quart rectangular baking dish and sprinkle the top with canned French fried onions.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until well heated. Serves 4 to 6.
