Fried Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain oysters on paper towel.
Roll oysters in cracker crumbs, dip into egg and again in cracker crumbs.
Place in wire basket and fry in deep hot oil until brown and crisp.
Do not overcook.
