Holiday Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Blend soup and mayonnaise.
    Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Squeeze lemon over broccoli.
    Cover with soup, top with bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
