Mexi-Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    2 c. shredded sharp processed American cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
    1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Reserve 1 cup corn chips and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Combine remaining chips and cheese with all ingredients, except sour cream in bowl; mix well.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with sour cream.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Arrange remaining corn chips around edge.
    Bake for 5 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 servings.
