Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pan cornbread, crumbled
1 stick margarine, melted
2 1/2 c. squash, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix cornbread
and
stick of margarine.
Put 1/4 to 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix together squash, bell pepper and onion.
Add
sour
cream and cream of mushroom soup.
Pour over cornbread. Add remaining cornbread over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
