Dang Good Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 oz. flaked coconut
    3/4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Blend sugar, margarine and eggs.
    Add pineapple, coconut, flour, and vanilla.
    Stir and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes then 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May need to cover crust to prevent over browning.
