Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. sweet potatoes or yams
1 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
4 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender; peel and mash.
Add butter, sugar, nutmeg and salt.
Beat until creamy.
When cool, beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
