Pasta And Fresh Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. uncooked broad noodles
    1 bunch broccoli flowerets
    3 medium carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Saute garlic in margarine in large skillet for 3 minutes. Stir in flour until well mixed.
    Add hot pepper sauce, broth and lemon juice gradually, stirring well after each addition.
    Cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
    Cook noodles using package directions; drain.
    Combine noodles, broccoli and carrots in serving dish.
    Pour sauce over vegetables.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
