Heavenly Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water.
Cook pumpkin, milk, egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and spice over boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in gelatin.
Chill until thick. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package.
Beat egg white until stiff, adding remaining sugar gradually.
Fold pumpkin, vanilla, 1 cup Dream Whip into egg whites.
Pour in shell.
Chill.
Top with Dream Whip.
