Mom'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar 10 minutes at high speed.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat flour, baking powder, salt and milk for 1 minute.
    Pour in floured and greased cake pan.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
