Cucumber Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 c. cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 tsp. ground kelp
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. ice cubes
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
