Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
Preparation

Make a stiff dough.
Knead until smooth.
Form a ball and flatten to about 2-inches high.
Cut a deep cross in it and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When done, wrap in a damp dish towel until it has cooled.
