Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, vanilla, zucchini and nuts.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add this to all the liquid mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
