Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium cooked potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. chives
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Grate potatoes.
    Mix soup, sour cream, chives and cheese together.
    Add to grated potatoes and mix well.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    This can be made a day or two ahead or frozen.
    Add potato chips and melted butter to top just before you bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
