Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    chopped pecans (desired amount)
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing well until blended.
    Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Chill.
    Shape into a ball and roll in pecans.
    You may also roll in minced parsley or shredded dried beef.
    Makes 20 to 25 servings.
