Chicken Noketele - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 or 6 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    salt to taste
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Brown chicken on both sides.
    Brown chopped onion and add to chicken.
    Cover with water.
    Add paprika and salt.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken from pot.
    Mix flour into the sour cream and add enough water to make smooth. Add to broth and simmer very slowly until thickened.
    Serve on hot buttered noodles; arrange chicken on sides.
