Hood River Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. diced apples
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Sift 2 tablespoons flour, salt and 3/4 cup of sugar.
Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg.
Stir in apples.
Then pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
