Ingredients

1 pkg. pie crust (2 crust pkg.)
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. grated or shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice and 1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Stir together in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thick. Add 1/2 teaspoon each of grated lemon and orange rind.
Cool and spoon over fruit.
Let stand until it sets.
Enjoy.
