Ham And Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham (1/2 inch cubes)
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    3 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. sliced green onions with tops
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ham, rice, celery, onions and eggs.
    Blend remaining ingredients and stir into ham mixture.
    Mix well and chill.
    Serve on salad greens.
    Garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
